WHO WE ARE

CHERRUS, Inc. started out as Alaska High Country,

The Company became attentive to the fact that Internet sites increase phenomenally by  the day. And the prospect of surfing the web troublesome at best. Time and money is burned in the exhaustive sea of useless information.

So the President of the Company decided to start W. I. Z. (Web Information Zervice).  From his days of being a BBS Sysop, he developed a way of surfing web sites quickly, delivering information at a low cost.

Mr. Davis married his second wife who had strong Southern Ties from the great states of Tennessee, Florida and North Carolina along with his own ancestral ties from the South.  He decided to set up the corporate offices in the beautiful city of Pensacola, Florida. It was here that CHERRUS Storm Publications was born.

Thanks to Mrs. Davis, who came up with the name CHERRUS. all companies were united into one.  The Corporation was formed in 1998 though the company had been in business for 10 years.

It was while visiting in-laws in Tennessee that Mr. and Mrs. Davis got the vision of the nostalgia that once was.  There was a Ceiling Medallion hanging with grace and elegance, a truly honored Southern Tradition. So Mr. Davis who has a strong hospitality and construction background started another line of products and services. 

Our Mission Statement is to be the #1 Service and Product Oriented Company on land and on the web. A Web of Dreams where Entertainment and Technology Collide CHERRUS is moving at the speed of Cyber Light. We were the First Cyber City on the Internet.
